Whether that customer is in my customer list. Just imagine how much tedious process it will be.

Then all you have to do is just type the name of your customer and system will tell you in seconds whether customer exist or not. Managing inventory is again very important activity in business. If the inventory is not managed properly then at the end of the day you could not figure out. How much stock is just sitting in warehouse and which stock is almost empty .

Managing financial accounts is also an very important, yet mandatory task in any business. With traditional methods we become too much dependent on the hard copies. And if that hard copies are lost or stolen, then you actually end up in fair complex problem.

With digital technologies, you can avoid this problem and stay safe and happy in account department. Also one of the  most important problem in manual accounting methods. Is human error, just an single zero misplaced could cause very huge loss or profit in business accounting. In some cases final accounts won’t even tally.

You need to maintain there information and answer there queries or doubt. As you are running a business and providing service after sales. You will need to maintain all the information or issues or queries of customers in your database. Which can be easily accessible when required but service executive.

In traditional approach, the database is either maintain in flat files on isolated workstation or in hard copies. When it is required to find complete case study of an individual, then one have to dig into Chuck of files or search in flat files.

With digital technologies, now a days only one simple search is enough to get you complete knowledge about an individual.
